Did you teach yourself to work with Photoshop or is there a place where on can learn to use PS or Gimp the right way??

@Omskanielar Depends on what you want to do with PS or Gimp, if you want just to do photo editing there are plenty of different tutorials here on YouTube just to figure out certain things.

If you want to do something like this, you'll need to learn how to paint using a tablet (at least I think he uses a tablet, some people use a mouse).

@Omskanielar I can't really help you there, I've worked a bit with PS but I'm definitely no artist... I'd say try using the adjustments -> Variations after doing a little bit of coloring.

Okay, yah, thats the problem, I want the colours to be realistic without changing them afterwards with the settings... Maybe this is just a thing of practice and time, but I'm afraid I'll never learn that xD
