EX-mode is selected by holding start when selecting Dio. EX-mode is Dio as he is in the DC/Arcade JJBA game, normal mode is a mugen unique character.

There's no steamroller since he didn't chose the EX mode (start + any button on select screen). I know it because you can only perform the attack on 0:52 without the EX mode.

It means that you have to be in EX-mode to use that move. Hold start while selecting Dio. A+A basically just means that you have to push any two normal hit buttons at the same time, or optionally, the special button.

That is a special mode unseen in the original game, ie. mugen only. The move is performed the same way as the bloodsuck on the normal mode.

H = High, M = Medium, L = Low, S = Stand button, arrows are....arrows. Captain obvious saves the day. If you still have trouble reading that, try looking at a known move and figuring out the keys that way.

That's correct. With your stand on, it's the heavy upper kick, Low is the plain ordinary punch.

Thanks for your help on that. Now I've done Road Roller on accident a couple times, but even following the controls listed, I can't do it in training mode. Do I need my special guage to be up higher or something?

1 "special gauge" point needed for the road roller :d. It's done by "quarter circle back + special" or "quarter circle back + two normal hits of your choice". Quarter circle back on a keyboard is done as so: "down-downback-back" The "Special" key is a mugen-thing, which on dio, simulates two buttons pressed at once.

yeah, ANMC's dio. I like his cvs iori too, file size light and simple, but works decent.

problem is the site was no longer updates since 2002, and the character probably don't work for win mugen

ANMC's probably, since Warusaki's AI is terrible. I've got both the Dio's, and i've found Warusaki's one a better clone of the original game (The one in the video is his second "mode").

As for Shadow Dio, I don't think anyone else is doing him. And the only one is horribly bugged :(

There's an image in Dio's folder containing all the moves; Anyways, the roadroller is done by Down, Back, A (Not sure what it's called, but it's the same button to do the knife throw and most other specials :P)

You've probably typed the folder wrong, make it exactly the same as the .def and .cmd files, in this case "dio" lowercase.
