Dude.. shut up and keep practicing. Oh, I know you gotta start somewhere, but you can tell how good somebody is going to be, in general, from their imagination. Clicking the 'sphere' button 15 times and calling it a solar system is hardly innovative. 40 hours "STRAIT" (learn to spell before you dive into 3D animation!) you used all the wrong options.. 30 mins, MAX.
Great animation for a starter! I've used lightwave and 3dsmax in the past, and think lightwave is better, only used bryce once when i was about 15 lol and couldnt figure it out!
One thing I must be critical of, as it's a pet hate of mine - it's spelt "Straight" =P

my render of the solar system is better, but then again, maya is a better animator, and i am sure you would have done just as well if you used maya.
