After What te did to pearl harbor, they didnt stop so America had to teach them a lesson.you gotta see that japan started the first attack so they are the bad guys here
truman had to drop the bomb, he droped 2 because the japanese didnt surrender until "fat man" was dropped. terrible what the citizens had to go through but think of what they did to the chinese(i think it was them) , and pearl harbor
It was justified that they drop these bombs. The Japanese armies were ruthless killers. They didnt spare anyone who came across their paths.Look what they did to Nanking civilians. I am from the Philippines and while growing up, stories of their evil deeds were still fresh in the mindsof the survivors of the war. My father who was 16 at the time witnessed how they bayoneted a child for sheer fun.Twas important that the allied meant for them to surrender, and the atom bombs were juz d statements.
it took another bomb to be dropped because the Emperor of Japan was a filthy evil savage who would not surrender...and the Japanese Emperial military were a bunch of raping village burning savages too....ask any of the elders in the PHILIPPINES !!!!
I today have just returned from Japan and yes I visited Hiroshima and looked at the only sign that an actual bomb had been dropped, the building m=near the bridge that has been retained as a world hertiage site. The pros and cons of dropping in 1945 keeping in mind the spirit that is Japan. I would not like to make the call as Harry S Truman had to do.
Wow, this was very educating and normally that would be sarcasm from me but i am actually serious for one time in my life..wow it's sad that alot of innocent people had to suffer for the decisions of their government.
i think if america have more than two atomic bomb they they'll destroy japan, but it cuz too much pollution.

Many more people would have died with a full scale war on Japan. The bomb saved lives.
