dang, I didn't think he had the voice for covering Hank Williams. But he does his own thing and makes it work. He was so great. Oh and the way he plays the solo part is awesome.

I found out about Elliott Smith's music 4 months ago and he is all I listen to now. I don't tire of it like I have done with other artists that I also didn't stop listening to.

yeah me either. i started listening about 6 months myself, and i cant stop listening. That, to me, is the mark of a top tier artist. They stick with you.

I think that would have been earlier, 1995-96. Either Or was released 2/25/07, and he had recorded some of the songs at Joanna's house.
