@deweys I did not replace the tub. This Jeep is complete the way it was on the showroom in 73'. If you didnt have a tailgate, yours most likely had a tub replacement at some point.
@xXbrysenxX It had RhinoLining professionally sprayed in. I would highly recommend going this route and not trying to do-it-yourself kits you can buy at the auto stores. You get what you pay for.
Looks really nice.....my dad and i have been wanting to restore a old 73' CJ5 that has been sitting behind my garage for years. My dad used to use it to plow but now we want to restore it......once again, she looks really nice man.
My dad and I are actually fixing up an 75' CJ5 and we got it running. Might do it in the same color but might go for a blue instead. We are down to just getting a top, some new wheels, and seats. Also amazing jeep you got.

My 73 didn't have a tail gate.. Was that an option? Or did you replace the tub?
