Actually, the Deku Scrub is not tall enough to climb up there, so you have to do the whole Moon's Tear thing to get up there as a Deku Scrub. But, as regular Link, you're tall enough to just jump up there.

I got to the end and I'm like "Uh-oh...SONG OF HEALING GIVE THE GIANT STRENGTH!" It didn't work, and I started bawling because I thought the Skull Kid cheated.

The end of the world if you run out of time is just... so scary. I hated seeing that scene, but sadly, the first time I played the game, I had no clue what to do and just ran in circles around town until I ran out of time completely... it's probably even worse if you have 1+ gods there, since you'd probably see them dying... *shudders* This game has to be the creepiest LoZ game yet... but I love it so much. Really has the perfect setting and soundtrack to go with the epic scene with the giants.
