This is a good movie. It kinda creeped me out that they would use the premise of an emotionally disturbed orphan to make a horror movie out of. I'm adopted myself. Orphans have it bad as it is and don't need to be stero typed like this. The movie is good but im glad it kinda tanked at the box office. It's bad they made orphans look like pshyco's ! Just a fucked up thing to do. They have enough problems as it is.

@actingrocks911 Why are you sorry I'm adopted ? Yeah it's just a movie. But their are kids out there who need or would like a family. There is a legitimate fear about what you might get if people decided to adopt. Some orphans have a emotional problems.Also Russia is famous for pawning off mentally ill kids to unsuspecting families. They took that fear and blew it up, exaggerated it for this movie, and that is kinda raw.

I literally keep watching this just for Aryana Engineer (Max) i hope my daughter some day is half as pretty as her. and she actually very talented in this movie. she can't speak or hear and she does better than many child actresses. I cant wait to see her in other novies.
