i can pull myself up using my ankle to climg but then i can never pull myself up again to get higher

@ellieoroberto You are not pulling yourself up. you should be pushing with your legs to climb. please watch my pole climb tutorial

@Shardaepsu If you're on a static pole u can't spin i'm afraid. You can spin a lil when climbing the pole before doing the angel

Most moves have more then one name. It'll be nice to have a universal glossary of pole moves.

However, mistake me if i'm wrong, I think in the peter pan, the legs are in a pole sit position with legs extended to the front. Almost like a swan but both legs are straight.

But then again, I learnt this as an angel from Bobbi's pole studio where they have their own names for most pole moves. They call the extended butterfly the 'dvd' cause bobbi does it on a dvd cover lol
