Congrats on ur surgery. U see I told u things were gonna go well. I was just like u 2 weeks ago. I was like 7 days post op going to the mall and doing my Xmas shopping n stuff. Glad ur doing great. U lost more than me! I lost like 21 lbs in 14 days! That's great! Well I'm on my soft foods stage and Im still not getting enough protein or liquids in either. It's just so hard to drink 60oz of liquid when ur stomach holds 1oz at a time. And the protein i can't stand it either. Good luck
Congrats! Sounds like you're doing great and I am so glad that your surgery went well. I don't like those bullets either but I used them in Jello the first few weeks post op while on liquids. My favorite protein mix is Unjury brand and you order it online from Unjury... good luck!!

I tried the protein bullets and also can't digest them. They also upset my stomach. Looking forward to any other comments about protein advice. I have tried several different protein mixes and just got Muscle Milk Light - Chocolate. It is awesome, like no protein drink i've ever had. Give it a shot.
I really wanted a white Christmas but it didn't happen here in NC! Very wet but that's about it. So glad you had a non-complicated surgery and recovery. Congrats on your 22lb loss! That's great. Take care.
I don't have any experience with getting in the liquids and protein as I am still pre-op, But from watching others, Very few if any fresh post-ops can get in the full amount.
