I HAVE ONE OF THESE UNITS AND IT,S NOT HARD TO USE. IT WAS MY FIRST TIME USING IT AND MADE IT HOME FROM INDIANA TO VERMONT WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. IT DID TAKE ME SOME TIME SETTING UP, BECAUSE I AM NOT USED TO VANCY STUFF LIKE THAT
