at the moment i have disconnected the antenna. This circuit is pretty much the same as grays at the moment which is freely available on the net. But i think i now how to add it back in later...have to order some more parts first

i made a spark gap with a gatorade bottle and 2bolts with nuts to fit them, and its adjustible. you should try transmitting with this setup. do you use a ground and anttena?
