I have one question. How do you do a realistic wall run like that bro. I tried doing one a lot, but ones that I accually make a distence don't look very well haha.

Takes a lot of practice. You just have to learn how to manipulate your body to actually run on the wall. Also, shoes with good grip help, lol. Wall runs were the first thing I learned to do so I have em down pretty nicely.

lots of practice makes perfect. get the technique down. jog at the wall and then burst with power at the last second. step at the wall a little lower then chest height and push UP! throwing your chest up helps alot too. lastly, SWING THOSE ARMS! XD

How do you combine the

Jump+ Flip+ land+ roll?..

cause when i think about it, it makes me thing when you land and head for a roll you'd contact with your joint insted of the back on the back first...

if that makes sense
