I solved my problem with Kega Fusion by using hypercam to record the window. Check out some of my videos under my channel. I also converted them with prism video converter. Had to record the hyper cam uncompressed so as to keep audio and video in sync. An 8 minute video uncompressed will be over 10 gigabytes in size. Same video converted in under 100 megabytes. My Acer Aspire one net book can run both at the same time.

Im not so sure how you could fix it. When recording, you might wanna close other programs. Other than that, if it still lags that might just be due to how powerful your computer is

i can not uploading KEGA AVI file and other converter said "This AVI file not supported yet"
