Crazy White man driving around with a pipe bomb and an assualt rifel. If that would have been a Latino or A Black,ya'll would have been talking racist chit and said the cops should have killed him.LOL,
Notice they didnt' say illegal weapons, and how the fuck face chief just paraphrases the dude, he probably said you cant come looking around my trailer without no warrant. They need probable cause
anybody want to know how to make a pipebomb? its not illegal to know how to make one (im kidding)ps but seriously they did not have rights to search his rv. I garrantee that he was going to use that pipe bomb for his own entertainment
Who is this dumb bitch at 3:16? Anybody remember the news coverage/interviews around Waco? Or any newsworthy police entanglement? People are always thinking the police are saving them from crazies, when it isn't always true.
"The privileges and immunities clause of the 14th Amendment protects very few rights because it neither incorporates the Bill of Rights nor protects all rights of individual citizens. Instead this provision protects only those rights peculiar to being a citizen of the federal government; It does not protect those rights which relate to state citizenship." Jones v. Temmer 829 F. Supp. 1226
Thanks TruthTrekker. Americans need to watch your video so they can learn how they've been deceived by the lure of government benefits (such as social security) into forfeiting (by contractual agreement with the District of Columbia) their sovereign State Citizenship in lieu of voluntary servitude to the federal government under the 14th Amendment.
Until the truth that we still have the "right to travel" is venerated over corporate media and government propaganda that all we have is only their "privilege to drive", we may still yet lose in court. But nonetheless, that is where the war against voluntary servitude by deception must be waged !
However, I nevertheless strongly advise sovereign Citizens who know and understand their rights to stop trying to exercise them on the side of the road with either ignorant or over zealous cops like Detective Walsh !
And since when is it a crime to be a member of the militia ? The last time I looked, the 2nd Amendment still said that the right to own and bear arms so that a militia may be retained by the people as a safeguard against police state supremacy shall not be infringed !
Despite the fact that it is not common knowledge, the facts remain true that only 14th Amendment persons are subject to obey the laws of the corporate United States; and not the sovereign people of the sovereign fifty states.
By virtue of the fact that 5 years later all charges were dropped, I wonder if Detective John Walsh realizes now that the Citizen was right and that both he and SWAT were wrong for violating this man's rights; not only to own and operate private conveyence, but to be secure therein from warrantless searches and seizures ?
Yeah because law enforcement is so good at planting all that evidence and acting out the scenario for cameras.. ya know we have a military and officers for a reason.. we don't need jackasses like this.
