To cook steak the right way you need to use charcoal. And 2 big hand full’s of soaked wood chips. Then put the wood chips on the hot coals and let them start to smoke. Then put the steak on the other side (the cold side) and let it smoke away (about 10-15 Min) than move up the coal's and move the steak over to the hot side to sear the steak. If you do it this way it will be juicy, Smoky and yummy. :P

I think the music does not match with the chicken (which I believe did not enjoy any of this). I would play that strong song with a man's situation, and leave the animals alone. I understood your idea, though, and it was done good. Hope that chicken won't be eaten, as it deserves to live after that video......
