  • I wish someone would extend this version. The only extended versions are the PS2/Director's Cut and the ones from Radiant Mythology/Namco x Capcom/Narikiri Dungeon, and they're good, but the original is special for me.

  • In all honesty, the music isn't that fantastic.

    BUT

When you put it together with the story, the character, the tragedy, this music becomes more than a beautiful sound. It tells the entire story and his struggle.

  • @Invincnerd I'm so fucking agree with you!

  • @Invincnerd I believe you are talking about the context in which the song is played. And yes, that can be just as important and the song being good, but if you can make your own context, than you can sometimes enjoy the song just as much or even more without knowing the original context. It's quite enjoyable, really.

  • I'm deeply inspired by Leon. I am tatting him on my body. His story is moving.

  • ill never understand the japanese infatuation with boys dressed as girls ..good song tho

  • Leon will never perfect without his battle theme.

  • Lion / Leon....only wanting to protect Marian, he fought untill the bitter end of ToD1 in his believe. I remember the cave scene where he tells Rutee that they are actually brother and sister. He said he won't even hessitate to kill his sister, Rutee, and the others to protect Marian, but I think it was still hard for him to fight his friends. If only the group would've realized how evil Hugo is....many things would've changed. That's what's so tragic about the battle against Lion / Leon.

  • Even in ps1

    this game is sexy

  • Technically it'd be spelled Rion :P Although the "R" is actually pronounced closer to an L...

  • kougasuryuken!! suryurenggazan!! xD

stahn's two skills, i forgot what are those though.. xD

  • @ezer41 kogahasan! hiyerenjaku! That is the one i remembered :D

  • well, when the americans localised tales of destiny they changed it to leon, as they did with rid in tales of eternia, they changed it to reid.

  • This music is wonderful. God I love it.

  • farewell leon theres no way you can come back, *looks at tod 2*

  • This is really good. I like it just a little bit more then the remix on the DC.

  • leon looks like a girl in taht picture

  • In japan his name is spell Lion but also pronounce as Leon

  • check my name. lol.

my favourite since and till now.

    miss the game... haha.

  • Then I still assume ya never listen to the original soundtrack which is actually rearranged with different samples.

  • Irony of Fate is one of my all time favorite game themes it never gets old no matter how many versions XD

  • Well...all the theme's are good. There is the original, ps2 remake, then NamcoxCapcom version of the this song.

  • Um, no it isn't.

  • But it's the soundtrack for the PS1 version. Plus, they don't sound THAT much different.

  • Yes, this is the OST version. I never said it wasn't. I just said it's not the playstation version I'm used to

  • "Then this is the OST version..which is still not the true PSX sound"

OST IS the true PSX sound. It just sounds different because TV =/= Computer

  • I assume you never listen to either the in game sound or the OST.

  • My last comment is aimed for gbahole1 :)

  • nah i have this game on cpu and its definitely not the same arrangement when i compare them even when i do it right now. i play the sound track associated with the game and and it isnt the same arrangement , all is different, including the battery....

  • your gay

  • This version just depresses me, because it reminds me about how easy Leon was in ToD the 2nd and 3rd time. :(
