  • SOUNDS MUCH LIKE JIMMY ELLIS (Orion).

  • this was big elvis hit.... did elvis record it recently. i like to see Elvis do this

  • Queen came out with this song in 1980. If you dont know, Elvis had been dead for 3 years.

  • ELVIS sings LED ZEP i'm speachless

  • I know that why I said was it written as an ODE. I never said this was an elvis song bro.

  • was this written as an ode to Elvis? Freddie sings it just like Elvis in the original.

  • @TheKingHaskell lol this isnt an elvis song xD Freddie wrote it as a tribute to the King... But originally from queen AFTER elvis died

  • @PicKPiT elvis is dead?? liar =*(

  • Freddie wrote this one circa 1978-79 and he recorded that song along with the other Queen members in 1979 first as a single and later the song appeared in the Queen album "The Game" in 1980 a great , great album :)

  • queen

  • Who wrote this Freddie Mercury? or Elvis? me and my mother are constantly arguing about this. Help?!

  • Freddie Mercury 1980 from Queen's album THE GAME...Elvis is died 1977

  • @german85x Damn it, I just lost the game. xD

  • Freddie Mercury did. This is a cover.

  • Freddie Mercury wrote this. It's funny how many people think Elvis wrote it :). The story goes: Freddie wrote it while taking a bath. He wrote it in like 5 minutes or something ridiculous like that. Hope that settles it. :)

  • @1QueenLover

Crazy Little Thing Called Love is a great rockabilly song by Queen, as you know.

    Dwight Yoakam covered it too!

If people think Elvis wrote CLTCL that's sad, Elvis is great though, too bad he never sang a Zep song! (though he did sing a Beatles song or two!)

  • @MiKikaIwaShizaru but when queen released the single Elvis was already dead

  • @led96zeppelin

I know, Elvis died in August 1977, the original version of this song is from the Queen album "The Game" in 1980.

Interesting album, it opens with the sound of a table saw, at least to me it sounds like a table saw.

  • Top Voice...!!

  • Cool cover :-)

  • Hey! Don't forget the late, great Elvis soundalike Jimmy Ellis (Orion) recorded this song on his Rockabilly LP, sounding a lot like Elvis. Maybe that's where TroyDouglas917 heard it? Jim Brown uses an Elvis blues ending to it though. Joe

  • why not download it, with youtube downloader...... not telling you it could be good but hell why not.

  • guys¡? where can I find this songs? these doesn't appear in Ares or Limewire...

can you tell me where ca I get this MP3??

  • buy it you fucking prick. i hate all of you people you'rre destroying the whole music industry. it's on return to splendor. buy it on fucking ebay or whatever.

  • itunes

  • @Jobyperry type into your web browser utube to mp3 converter

  • Dear Zero and shoestring - Its all good.

  • jim does a cracking version of song to the siren which is not an easy song to sing

  • "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" was the best song Elvis never recorded, this impersonator gives us a hint of what Elvis would have done with it. Great stuff.

  • never recorded and never wrote. queen wrote it

  • TPicKPi you fool

    Talk about stating the obvious!!!

You poor thing you just don't get it do you.

  • zeroco0lie you were close. The Elvis song you thinking of/referring to is "A Thing Called Love", and it sounds nothing like "A Crazy Little Thing Called Love", which by the way was written by Freddie Mercury of 'Queen'.

    Cheers & Regards

    BJ

  • p.s. Forgot to mention, written in 1979.

  • Jimmy Ellis A.K.A. "ORION" sad to say is no longer with us.He was killed by a to bit thug in a hold up.Now James Brown A.K.A. the King has done his own version of the song. And I think He has done a Fantastic Job at it.The song does Have Elvis Written all over it.I am sure If he were still Alive when it originally came out.I am sure that he would have indeed recorded it himself.James Has done this song Justice! And I think it will be a hit for him!

  • Jim Brown's voice is better then Elvis or Queen. You can understand his words. You could not half the time with Elvis Or Freddie. You obviously have not listened to all of your Elvis records dumbass. Elvis did this originally go to the store. Check it out, get a clue.

  • Dear ZerocoOlie, I think you are the one who is in a very bad need of a History Lesson! Elvis was Dead long before the song was Every written and recorded by Queen! He never recorded it! Orion did not Elvis! Now who is the Dumbass here! Humm....Not me but you!!!! Ha,Ha,Ha, Grow up now and get a Life!

  • LOL Huh? Best thing is to delete this message zeroco0lie. Apparently YOU "obviously have not listened to all of your Elvis records dumbass" ... :) This was written by Freddy Mercury/Queen in 79. When did Elvis die? Oh wait...

  • @zeroco0lie dont talk shite u bellend. brown better than elvis or queen? haha what glue u been sniffin?

  • Dear Zeroco0lie.I hate to be the person to tell you this but you are wrong! Elvis never recorded or performed The song"Crazy Little thing called Love" it was in fact written and performed by Queen.Freddy I believe had Elvis in mind when he wrote the song as kind of a Tribute to him.A Few years later after Queen Had done the song.the performer Jimmy Ellis A.K.A. "ORION" Recorded and performed the song "Crazy thing called Love"released by SUN Records. And Yes He did indeed sound like Elvis.

  • HAHA:P

This song was written after he died. Cool, we I didn't know we had dead composers,

    HAAAAHA

  • He has an amazing voice.

  • great cover!!

  • first song is by Queen

    second is by Led Zeppelin..

    i don't like those covers much but i guess they're OK -.-
