  • This is actually Cloudsong rather then the full Riverdance

  • but can you really dance (:riverdance) with this music?

  • wraio!

    wrq gia ypno

  • couldn't agree more :P

  • Anuna forever! and Riverdance~

    sincerely,

    a former Irish step dancer

  • I have very strong feeling of Deja Vu when I watch this.

Dunno why, it's very frustrating but still beautifull music

  • @CreepyMonsterKock Maybe because this song has been played in some movies before? I get the same feeling.

  • Hey! I know this song! My band played it as an opening for our marching show! Cool!

  • Its funny that ppl think they are ONLY from 1 country, when your prob got your roots all over europe. Knowing is loving

  • @Nemmefes speak for your self. My roots have been confirmed to be placed in the land that is Norway for the last 1200 years. Genealogy.

  • Does anyone know who actually wrote this piece? It seems like there is clarinet playing the solo in the beginning and i really REALLY want to learn to play this. :D

  • You can enjoy your own heritage without hating that of others. Especially, because we are not irish, scottish, english, german, israelian, hungarian, american and so on, in the first place. We are human beings, what means a lot more than your ethnicity, or nationality. And one sign of humanity is brotherhood, not enmity, the willingness to help each other, and not to hurt each other. Don't let the opposing influences affect you, they fuel hatred, but we ar not really hatemongers.

  • @HubertTheBeardless that's a word :) you are so right :) We are all a a part of ONE world and we are ONE human race... <3

  • @HubertTheBeardless Thankyou Hubert. Lovely sentiments, much the same as mine. As long as we don't all meld into just one culture, if it were uniform, that would mean a loss, yet of course, all cultures if polite and respectful, we can admire and enjoy. Mother Nature ahbors uniformity, I love therefore, diversity.

  • @HubertTheBeardless hmmmm... good point of yours. but I am trying to recall a memory, where, germans, hungarians, turks, americans, or israeli have actually helped humanity... when they actually tried to help and not hurt. when they tried to offer without demanding to take back. But I can't recall anything. And the reason is because there isn't such a thing. Sottish are beautiful people. I wouldn't compare them especially with germans, or turks or any mentioned.

  • @HubertTheBeardless Wise words indeed, unfortunately, many humans are stupid to the point of not understanding a simple thing like that.

  • @HubertTheBeardless Amen on that! God Bless.

  • @HubertTheBeardless 1st paragraph: I'mma really agree with you to! what a way to talk, to lead to mean that amazing words with just your soul! you're bloody right on each-word, all of them, whoow! and that part of when you meaning bout no matter where we are coming from, or who our homeland or etchnicity is.

  • @HubertTheBeardless 2nd paragraph: is simple right 1000% AGREE! after-all even if we're rich or poor ones, who cares? we going to suffer same fate with nothing to take either above on sheaven or below on hell, ourselves we do our fate! any way, you're such a wise and nice person, why do people matter bout where they come from, as if it was matter to others? no way! I'm British (English) and I wouldn't ever say it better than you did! Thanks! and haters, Get the fuck off!. give love not hate. :)

  • @HubertTheBeardless Your comment plus this music combined caused my eyes to water, lol

  • ..esse som nos leva longe... longe..longe

  • Just sit back and enjoy the music. No need to have an argument ... god damnit!

  • @YouDamnLiars Pena não falar inglês, mas quero que saiba que compartilhamos do mesmo gosto, as músicas são lindas!

  • @Luciana3820 Huh?

  • thank you GOD for creating us. forgive us for all of the sickness we have brought to your creation. for the doubt, the hate , all of the killing , steeling, lazy fathers , whoring mothers. We await your return to this tiny planet.

  • @426hemi7

Don't mean to be mean, but you turn my stomach a little... your "prayer" is a little bit twisted on several levels and this is not the place for it. Please keep it to yourself. Comment on the music.

  • @sford605 I'm sure you don't like being told by anyone what to do so how about you practice what you preach.

  • @LordHannigan

Or you could keep out of what does not concern you? If I am in the wrong, then I want people to tell me what to do so I'll know what to do next time. And I do practice what I "preach". If you were to look at my comments, they would all relate to the videos they are left at. No one should leave pointlessly offensive comments. The comment section should be left to people who wish to comment on the video or something related to it.

  • @sford605 Well you are in the wrong telling someone else that they are in the wrong for praying and saying this isn't the place. An I also believe the person who made the vidoe has authority to delete a comment or not. So why not leave that decision up to him or her.

  • @LordHannigan

You are either deplorably ignorant, or you simply have not read my comment- or perhaps both. I never said that leaving a prayer was wrong. I am a Christian- of course I don't object to prayers. It was the content of the prayer that was offensive. The uploader can decide to allow other kinds of comments, but unless the uploader indicates otherwise it is always meant for comments related to the video. As the uploader made no mention of other comments, this is only for the video.

  • @LordHannigan

Here's my question... Since you have, thus far at least, not left one intelligent comment, why have you even bothered commenting at all? Why not spare yourself the humiliation of displaying your ignorance for the world to see? Try replying when you've bothered taking the time to think through what you will say.

  • @sford605 Excuse I've seen this video before it was even over a thousand views. An I was pointing out that you are rude. Mind my own business. Where you mind your own business when you told someone else

"Ah I don't want to be mean but this isn't that place for this" Ah clearly you don't like playing by the rules you play by. I'm ignorant really? I simply said. I don't think you like being told what to do so how about practicing what you preach." Its clear you can't sorry for your weakness.

  • @LordHannigan

Ok... Your grammar is so bad that I'm having great difficulty in even understanding your incoherent blathering. To start with, I really do not care about when you first saw this video. Second, I don’t care if I was “rude.” He was the first to be rude with his comment. If someone is first rude to the other, then it’s perfectly acceptable for the other to be rude in turn.

  • @LordHannigan

Your second paragraph is completely nonsensical. For example: “Its clear you can't sorry for your weakness.” Its is possessive. You must have meant it’s. In case you don’t know, it’s means it is. Sorry is a state of being. You used it in a completely different sense. The sad part is that the rest is even worse! You’re so absurd that you could be in a comedy show! Every comment you have made has made no sense grammatically and/or logically!

  • @sford605 An so you know its not a sign of intelligents using Thus or This. You seem to lack the ability to learn, reason, and understand. These are signs that someone is lacking intelligence. You're theory is that what you say is right and cannot be challenged well tah duh its been challenged. Wait the universe is still here so it must not depend on you being right. I'm right though about you being rude. Go look that word up.

  • @LordHannigan Thus far you are the only one who has displayed these things. Your comments have been incoherent attempts at petty insults. You have been disturbingly illogical (such as in your last post when you made use of the straw man fallacy). Interestingly enough, you have been the only one displaying the inability to learn. You have not even learned proper logic or proper English!

  • @LordHannigan

You are obviously blinded to your own faults. Though you have displayed arrogance, hate, and idiocy, you have failed to recognize these things in yourself. Further, you have accused me of these things when critical analysis of our argument proves otherwise. I am a very reasonable person though. If you prove yourself humble and contrite, I will forgive your sadly deranged comments.

  • @sford605 You aren't reasonable believe me and you make me laugh. "I will forgive your sadly deranged comments." lol. No thanks I'll just stick with my original opinion of you.

  • @426hemi7

Great, another deluded Christian freak living in the dark ages.

  • @madhammudeux Great, another no morals piece of shit White bastard. You'll be the first to be judged.

  • @GabeDrumBeats Just because a person doesn't believe in God doesn't mean they have no morals. People can be happy, caring, loving and positive without needing to worship God.

  • @madhammudeux Great another idiot that doesn't no shit about Irish history. Good for you very good.

  • @LordHannigan

Irish history is of no importance whatsoever, except to some impoverished micks living on a turd floating off the coast of Wales.

    How's your economy doing btw?

  • @madhammudeux Oh mines United States so even though its sucks right now its still number 1 for the moment. An Irish history is important to me so you coming here to just be an ass hole. Well is really childish of you. How's your economy doing btw?

  • @madhammudeux woah i scottish you are an absaloute asshole get the fuck out of here this video is for the irish and celts like myself being a scot not some filthy american mongrel of all races.

  • @JordoF6 madhammudeux is not american. He is a TROLL: a species of its own. They feed on anger and hate by posting comments meant to invoke wrath in the average internet user. Please. Don't feed the troll.

  • @Jormungandr0 Thanks for telling mate.

Pannonia has been a dwelling place of celt tribes in the Vth century AD. People came and went, yet a hungarian, living today, can still feel the magic of the sound what might have resonated on the hungarian planes.

  • Con't, With the "Celtic" name being a modern made up 1800's century word used to group all ancient European languages as the same tribal people (when they're not) who did not get catagorised under the Germanic name, it should also be pointed out that they weren't native to these isles either, as they only migrated in small clusters from 800BC~500BC from Iberia (Modern Spain), the Irish (Gaels) were just one tribe who invaded Hibernia (Ireland).

  • @segano1 There is been so much immigration you cannot categorise one exempt from the other- Scots are picts and Irish are Celts- is false my friend

  • @cwfannumber1 Scots are not Irish and Irish are not Scots.

Scots = Caledonian Picts of ancient Scotland

Irish = Celt Geals from Iberia.

The culture is Scottish, the reason many people think it's both is due to the modern made up word "Celtic" from an English linguist in the mid 1800's, Irish republicans adopted Scottish in the early 1900's during their independence from the UK state and the Gaelic revival after independence.

  • @segano1 This is party untrue - Picts are indeed out of existance in fact noone knows in history what indeed a pict even looked like. Celts were the tribes to settle in Scotland/Ireland and Wales. Celts arose from the Iberian coast but there were two tribes those from eastern Europe in the area of danube- danube translated = Caledonian and please don't jump to conclusions one tribe went to Scotland/England the others Ireland .

  • i wish i were irish, the culture is so cool. i am American, but all my friendsthink i am irish becausei have red hair even though I am 25% italian and 50% French Canadian and only (at the most) 10% irish.

  • Salut Europe

  • I wish I was Irish/Scottish they're both such great cultures

  • WHY DOES NEARLY EVERY AMERICAN THINK THERE RELATED TO THE IRISH???? FOR EXAMPLE OBAMA THINKS HE HAS IRISH BLOOD IN HIM. HOW ON EARTH DOES AN AFRICAN AMERICAN RELATED TO IRELAND!!! IRELAND IS FOR THE IRISH!!!!!! DONT BE SOMETHING YOUR NOT!

  • @DrDeathStudios alot of irish people immigrated to america so alot of americans have some sort of irish ansestery

  • @DrDeathStudios His great great great great grandfather was from Co.Offaly.Without him i guess there would be no obama i guess.....

  • Is proud to be Scottish. Yes that is part of Celt, so yahoo

  • Makes me proud to be Irish :D

  • The Celts were originally one of the Twelve Tribes that traveled the farthest northward.

  • Celtic are NOT just Irish people. Look at the ancient Celt maps. Scotland and Ireland keep some parts of the Celtic lang. The Celts were in all of Europe, and many places abandoned the Celt tradition.

  • Thank the lovely Goddesses of Ireland for good loving music. Bless all! <3

  • Celtic Arnt just irish >:l

  • @ThorsDiciple Wrong! Celtic is Irish.

  • @DCMACollectives The Celtic culture actually originated in India and moved westward, adapting with the pre-existing cultures of the ancient Europeans. Celtic doesn't refer to a single ethnic group; rather, a collection of cultures bearing a similar origin - there were Iberian Celts (Spain), Gaulish Celts (Western Eu.), Brythonic and Gaelic Celts (Britain), etc.

  • @DCMACollectives Irish are the last people of Europe who stayed Celtic because Rome's vengeful hand could not reach that far.

  • @stevedude92 I thought Rome just didn't like the weather and dubbed Ireland Hibernia for our constant rain ?

  • Lovely....simply lovely. So glad i got a bit of Irish in me. Had no idea too! :D

  • I must have Irish blood some how.. How else can i explain my affection for Irish people, music and culture?

  • @misssurfing It's a little thing called love. Some people find it other people. But some find it in music and maybe just maybe you can get lucky and find it in both. I fell in love with Celtic Music 3 years ago so comparatively I'm still new to this but through this music i found my love. and I could not wish for more. I hope you find the same. Blue Sky

  • @misssurfing Deep inside, we're all Irish! At least, I like to think so. xD

  • @misssurfing Im too im african but I love the celtic much more than my own folk

  • @misssurfing at least the music touches us all... its some great art... when i'm listening to it.. i feel alive...

  • @misssurfing Irish culture is simply the best that is the explaining. Greatings from Germany.^^

  • @misssurfing I want to get merry an Irish girl, it's my dream :)

  • @misssurfing well.... are you white? thats the only really important question. Because of you're brittish any bit, you can bet u are one way or another Irish, Scottish maybe Welsh or English. They're all a lot more connected than they seem to be.

  • @misssurfing I dunno.

Maybe because we're just that AWESOME?

  • @misssurfing I feel the same way

  • @misssurfing You don't have to be Irish to have the heart of an Irishmen
