  • hello, I've been doing lots of exercises on my bums, but all I'm getting is more muscle build and the fat is still there which is a problem to me, if I do this exercise will it get rid of the fat in my bum as well, (PLEASE REPLY)

  • you cant really target where you lose fat on your body exercise like this can really only tone a specific area the best thing to do would be cardio or areobics to burn fat or modify your diet keep doing what your doing still though more muscle mass increases your metabolism so it will help when combined with fat burning exercises

  • Maybe at around 2 weeks? I'm no expert though, but when I start a workout I start feeling different at around that time. Of course the longer you do it the better you feel/look :)

  • Heyy.....I am a slim build and have been trying to gain a bit of weight, which doesn't seem to be happening... if i toned up abit... would that make me look bigger?

  • if you want to get some muscle eat a lot of proteins (ie yogurt with some nuts inside), meat and carbohydrates. to make this be muscle exercise. there are some work outs to increase muscles instead of burning fat

  • Hi misskels23, I would recommend doing these exercises about 3 times/week. As you get stronger you can do a few more repetitions.

  • Hi freyadagurl, I would do these exercises about 3 times per week. Yes, when you start to do new exercises it's completely normal if you find them challenging. By doing them a few times a week, you should be able to build up your strength and it should get a bit easier. But, as you get stronger you can do more repititions.

  • Hi danexsw & Arganancer, these exercises will not necessarily reduce your butt size but they should tone it, e.g. make it firmer. Hope that helps!
