They were calling fouls softer than that all game and giving melo free throw after free throw. But of course when its time to give a foul cause they've got a foul to give, the ref is clueless. I knew it was coming, the fans knew it was coming, even that GOD-AWFUL woman commentator made a point to say there would probably be a foul on melo so LOOK OUT FOR IT

I hate when people say that the refs shouldn't decide the game and that the players should. Do the rules of basketball suddenly change in the last minute of the game? A foul is still a foul. If you would call it in the first minute of the game you should call it in the last.

jakob, you're right, a foul is a foul, but he should've wrapped Anthony so the ref would call it , most players do it that way. it's fucked up but the truth is they don't want the game to be determined by calling a soft foul.

......lol actually thats exactly what could happen. If you've been following the playoffs at all then you must have seen the number of ridiculous flagrants which have been called lately. Not to mention what u said about consistency is completely untrue, lol did you even watch the game? There were 61 fouls called bud, not exactly a "let the boys play" kind of mentality from the officials.

First of all, I don't play basketball for a living. I am a Nuggets fan, but that's what an all-star is supposed to do.
You might be getting confused because LeBron might have missed that shot, but Carmelo would rarely miss an open shot like that..

ya dude i feel it for those dallas fans (even though i picked nuggets to sweep them cause they are making the finals this year) but no one is giving credit to Melo. he made a HUGE shot to win the game. nobody lost it for anyone, melo just won it. mavs had chances to put it away but couldnt.
