Ugh! What LIARS! Like insurance companies are the Make-A-Wish Foundation, for God's sake! Wellness programs are a load of crap; most insurers would rather let someone die from not preventing a disease than paying for an "elective" procedure (which, of course, everything is, unless you've been diagnosed with something).
The real DEATH PANELS are the insurance companies that deny a person coverage or raise peoples rates because of pre-existing conditions.
Our government is a combo of capitalism and social programs that really started from FDR.
Having a public option keeps the private insurance companies more honest and drives cost down. Without a public option, cost will more than likely stay up.
Fox News, many Republican lawmakers, and Lou Dobbs are spreading misinformation about death panels.
if the government takes over health care, they will make you pay for insurance like they do for car insurance, its just a nother tax, and then when you have a heart attack they will give you an asprin. and if you have a stroke they will just give you some prozac.
