Just make a video (ex: with Windows Movie Maker) and use (1) or more pictures of you or of something you like; save it to your computer then upload it you YouTube. Once uploaded, click the (My Videos) link then click the (Make Channel Icon) button of the video you just uploaded, then click (Edit Video Info) and choose witch video still you would like to use as the main video picture. Hope this helps.
