  • Hey Laura, i have made two pasta al forno using your recipe. One was for church and i wish i could show the impressions on those who ate. they began asking who made this?. they didnt ask about the other food just the baked ziti. i dint expect to get such reviews, but i did follow the recipe to the T. I just finished making a smaller one for just my family and it looks amazing. Once again thank you for sharing a bit of your culture with all of us youtubers.

  • I am Italian and I make this at least once a month, slightly different recipe each time, I have never put mozzarella in it, so maybe I will try that. My friend who is English once told me its seems like there is no sauce to it, and I told her that this recipe does not have lots of sauce I showed her the video and then she got it, thanks Laura.

  • Made this today with the meat sauce from the lasagna recipe. This was just FAB! My husband wanted more and more of it and my kids left nothing behind on their plate. This is going into my "awesome recipes list" I am going to make this again for sure! Thank you for the delicious recipe!

  • If you're cooking for friends or anyone besides you, Why do you taste the food while cooking with your spoon then put the same spoon BACK IN THE POT? That's gross. You do that alot. I won't eat in anyones house if i see them doing that. However, Your food is amazing, you're beautiful and I'm looking foward to try some of your reciepes.

  • I made this tonight!! It was soooo good and very very easy. ( I did use some premade sauce). I'm looking forward to making the lasagna next and trying my hand at your home made sauce. Thx for such great recipes and the easy to follow tuts. :)

  • My five year old daughter adores pasta dishes and you have allowed me to introduce her,and myself, to tradional italian dishes that are wonderful. Thank you so much for inspiring me to cook italian food that I thought I would get served in the local italian resturant. My daughter thinks that I am the best cook in the world!!!

  • I have been wanting to learn how to make proper italian food for a long time. This is a great resource. Too bad the pasta selection in my country is rather limited. Great videos!

  • Wow. I was somewhat skeptical because it looked unlike any baked ziti I've seen - but it was AMAZING. Cutting the cheese into cubes is genius, as well as adding hard-boiled eggs.

    I had a gathering at my house and served this, and it received rave reviews - so thank you so much!!!

    btw I dig the accent :)

  • @ndnflava I really don't like that she doesn't see what it looks like once its out of the dish. Its impossible to know what kind of texture it is. We should just take her word for it that its awesome and we'll love it???

    I've never seen a cooking show that doesn't show what the finished dish would look like when presented.
