All well said. I have just begun making my own videos concerning atheism. I too would want to know if there was any truth to God. That is why I am so invested. If there was an afterlife, wouldn't one do all the research, ask all the questions they could? It seems like it would be the most important issue to all of us alive. There is a reason why it is called faith i wish that the-so-called "Christians" would stop posting videos and comments that are deliberately mocking other peoples views it's not what Christianity really teaches. I will tell people that I believe in God and that Jesus died for our sins and that they need to be saved but I will not force them into believing it. Salvation is a choice and it cannot work if you are forced into believing in it.

I think that you tube should have a feature for video posters to have their vote counts reset to zero after proof of a vote bot attack. this way people don't have to post a video about being attacked every time it happens. its gonna keep happening.. trust me creationist will try a failing technique over and over again. unless theres actual action being taken by youtube.

I'm glad those people make their videos as well. People like VFX are preaching to the fundamentalist base. People like my wife, a liberal Christian, find their videos far more off putting than atheist videos. She often finds herself agreeing with the sentiments we express, and in complete opposition, and even embarrassed, to be considered a member of a Christian club as represented by those "retards".

I wanted to add that I think there is a large silent segment of the atheist/christian youtube community. Liberal, and moderate Christians, who are reluctant to make positive comments on atheist videos, and are equally reluctant to make negative comments on their "fellow Christians" videos.

Another result of the votebot attacks is that people who might not ordinarily make it a point to vote do, and people who might have given fair 3 or 4 star ratings to videos that aren't that great are giving 5's every time to make up for potential future votebot attacks. So the overall effect is more, and higher ratings on all atheist videos.

The thing is, the free thinkers are being attacked, and it is part of human psychology (at least in Western culture) to side with the victim. Thus, if nothing else, free thinkers are getting the people's sympathy (if the wider population even knows about this, that is). And sympathy often includes the acceptance of the group as having a valid position that is acceptable or even good to have. This can open the door to some for "enlightenments."
