The US gave weapons to Saddam to kill Iranians as well as Iraqi Kurds, then the US imposed sanctions on Iraq in 1991 that killed half a million children by 1996 (UN figures), more children than those killed in World War, and Madeline Albright said that that cost was worth it. The last time I checked those children hadn't declared war on anyone. The last time I checked the Vietnamese and Cambodian peasants hadn't declared war on anyone.

They're painted bright colors so you can tell they're there, for safety. This is fairly standard for military exercises, so you have real sound and weight at play.
