I bought these at the dollar store try dollar tree but any dollar store that sells candy should have them. just look for an aisle that has lots of candy in it.

ok I just have to ask what is the science behind Pop rocks? what makes them pop and fizzle like that? I loved Pop rocks when I was a kid.

@kll510 I read up that it was CO2 (carbon dioxide) gas that's trapped in the bubbles I guess they spray it into the candy as it hardens and tiny bubbles get trapped inside. they escape when the candy melts in your mouth and that is what the fizzing and crackling sound you hear.

its cool. I was just wondering what it meant thats all. I've seen ppl use <3 to represent a kiss on here. I was only curious as if the :3 was another one of those types of symbols..

Im like scared to put a whole pack in my mouth cuz sometimes it hurts your tongue and the roof of your mouth when they pop. lol

I've done that, sometimes it does hurt when you do this. I wonder if that's why they took these off the market or I wonder why these were taken off the market. and these have CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) gas in them but not enough gas to cause anything bad. just to make the popping effect.

It does sound different than it does if you are hearing it as its happening, I use my digital recorder for the audio in this clip it sounds a lil wierd but its pretty much all the equipment i have I dont own a recording studio, the closest thing to that is my PC with my goldwave wav editor
