Do you road race guys still folow inex rules or can you run slicks,pull more power out of the motor, run better shocks ?

I run a boxster s at rd. atl. and i've been wondering how a legends type car would run there. Question answered, fast! Kicking butt on the 944s and bimmers and hanging with the 911 is OK in my book. Stupid me for the 6k in damage I did to my car hitting the wall exiting turn seven, I could a have bought a used legends car.  Re-body a legends with a 911 body and sell them like crazy.
