Saw J Geils at the Filmore East in Manhattan in 1971. I made them all STAR Hats I crocheted them ( a bunch of stars connected by the tips) and after the show I got to give them each one. WOW
I'm a guitar fan so naturally I love J. Geil's work on this song. I saw them on the tour for this album and it was Danny Klein who blew me away with the solo he played on this song. He knew how to make that Steinberger bass talk.
I had this record when it came out, a vinyl disc ytou put on a turning turntable and place a needle on the goddamned thing!!!!!! It was all so different then. The music is great, love this song and love J Geils band. Awesome songwriting, these guys are original.
What's so impressive about that ?... lol.......... Good song though, I had this on cassette in the 80's, got it on CD in the 90's. Album was so over-looked. One of the best Lp's of that year......
Oh yes I love this song RL

@tonylinc I still have my vinyl of this one, along with around 150 others. Damn needles were expensive too!
