hey buddy, i've been watching a lot of these progress videos, and almost all of them commented that they got sick during their rest week. this is also why the rest week is SO important, you CAN'T cut the rest week out, ask any trainer. i just got this program, but i gotta wait until i move into my new place to install a proper pull-up bar. keep it up though brudda!

hi dave im going to try the music like you did i never did that but wanted to...the reason is because i like tony pushing me and i thought that if i didnt have him there telling me to move my ass that i wouldnt....but im going to because im sick of that music...i will post the pic in a week or two of me and my husband paul...oh and i realy notice your face its alot thinner...keep pressen play sya
well, what I did was use the "music off" option on the dvd that way I could still hear Tony pushing me, and heard my music in the background. It worked out great! I cant wait to see your pics!!! Thanks so much for all the positive comments and stuff!

Wow, i can really tell a difference in your face from your first video. Oh! becareful about nutrisystem, they tend to be a little light on the cals and protien. Id add in some protien bars and powders twice a day at least to make sure your gettin enough. They only put enough cals for people doin normal workouts, your doin really intense stuff. You look great and keep up the positive attitude because we can all see the progress your making!!

Dude. Your doing great. Keep up the good work. I had one of those weeks too. But mine was so busy I wasn't able to workout.I am going to start it up again tomorrow w/Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps.Hey if you want to get a little more protein in your diet why not do a whey protein shake.They taste great and you will gain about 25 to 30 grms of protein depending what powder you do with. Keep pushing play and with your trip either bring some bands along with you or use the hotel gym. Peace.

Sorry to hear you are not feeling well. There is something shitty going around for sure. 15 lbs is a GREAT loss. It took me 15 weeks to shift that same weight so you are making tremendous progress. If you want to see your progress look at vid 1 and then this one, there is a big difference in your face! Trying on old clothing is GREAT inspiration and a completely unbiased way of seeing progress. Have a safe trip.

I just recovered from a high fever for 3 days, it was during my week 6- nearly everyone that does p90x will get sick. notice how in week 11 p90x bring it got a flu- it's not coincidence- I NEVER get sick. It does a quick blow to your immune system so that it can get better. You are very lucky to get sick on recovery week and not having to skip any of week 5.
If thats the case... I am extremely thankful that I got sick during the recovery week!!! I would have been VERY pissed if I missed an actual work out! Im glad to hear you are feeling better! Keep bringin it buddy!

theres a test that you can do that lets you see if your body can handle p90x, but i think you have to buy p90x to do the test. it is worth it tho
