  • FAB!!!!!!

  • I love this. i love this video. There is nothing I don't love about this.

  • like a british fleet foxes, only not shit

  • very thought provoking. makes me wonder "In the arena of life, am I the bull or the bullfighter"- thinking about it- we are all like the bull- put in this world without a choice, set loose to try and survive despite the dangers all around us- do you fall or do you fight back? I shed a tear- not because I was sad about the bull- but because he didnt give up and kept fighting despite the odds.

  • fckn top tune, love it.

  • IS IT JUST ME OR DOERS THIS SOUND VERY SIMILAR TO GREEN EYES BY COLDPLAY???!!!

  • @TheParrylizer to my ears, the verse has the same chord progression as 'a rush of blood to the head' by coldplay. that's what i immediately thought of when i first heard this song, it's not a ripoff just sounds kinda similar.

  • @treefingers87 i didnt say it was a ripoff, but it does sound like green eyes. and i hate coldplay.

  • Where can I buy their songs not even iTunes has them. Help

  • what's the acoustic guitar being played? it looks beautiful, any help would be great

  • again.....Noel G has inspired me to find new music....Brilliant guys! cant wait to hear your guitarist on the Noel G album in October!!!

  • Even the sun seems to stop his way to listen to this song...

  • Ladys and Gents, the guitarist for Noel Gallaghers new band!

  • Love the song.

  • GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I also like the song. One of the bests songs of the last months.

  • I tried to work out the chords and it seems like the verse is Bm D A Bm and the chorus is just Bm D A, but the chords with the capo in the video don't seem to match. can you tell me what you're playing, mate?

  • @lexgusdwight I use Am C Em

    Fm7 C C/B on the Chorus

  • Great lyrics, great song. Sucess guys.

  • apparently they recorded this on an old 8track cassette recorder ..it sounds very well recorded/produced . just shows what u can do with cheap recordin gear if u know what ur doin and u have strong songs

  • What a sound! Love it!

  • Never Heard of This Band befor today,But this is a Great Tune, just bought the Album.

  • muy bueno realmente gran banda

  • @pitanguirj Nope .. A man who enjoys killing bulls was thrown in the air by one .. So the bull survived.

    Crazy world isn't it ?

Sorry pitanguirj .. No people or animals got killed for this video.

  • @TheSandBandUK Pity, it's just not a video unless somebody dies. First rule of making videos...

  • Nice song bhoys.

  • Noel Gallagher sent me here.

  • @albmazinx0 but i stayed for the music ;)

  • @albmazinx0 IDEM xD

  • @albmazinx0 why?

  • If it weren't for the Noel Gallagher connection I'd have probably missed this and I'm wary of his taste in modern bands (Kasabian? Seriously?) but this tune is just utterly butterly fantastic.

Will definitely be buying this album, and from what I've been hearing from the press I look forward to it. Can't wait.

  • @Schumitastic mate generaly speakin noel especially will big up any band whos sucks his dick and tom and serge def do that . ive seen a few clips here and there of them together and its quite embarrasin realy..the only band ive heard give any negative feedback 2 oasis and get away with it. was when james skelly said he didnt realy rate oasis more recent stuff.. this sand band sounds as good as the corals debut 2 me from what ive heard so far,, but yer kasabian are shit and i rekon noel knows it!

  • @stormchasers25 Kasabian's attempts at mellow heartfelt songs are fucking embarrasing. British Legion on their second album Empire is quite simply shocking. Their whole rock star image seems incredibly contrived. Like yourself, I find it refreshing to hear someone like James Skelly be honest. Oasis did seem to be going through the motions at the end, although not bad, they weren't good. They were just solid and I think they could of done a lot better. It's good for them to go separate ways.

  • @Schumitasti artic monkeys kasabian are the most overated bands of recent times.. club foot and id are good but serges lyrics are shit and hes a basic guitarist who plays most simple bar chords..everyone goes on about how great they are live but their just alrite to me.. the coral are maybe the tightest band ive ever seen around the time of the debut release.. i think noels albums gonna special u herd everybodys on the run? pisses over bring the light and the other shit ive heard from beady

  • YES! I like it, when is the album out?

  • Thanks, I understand now. Have pre-ordered the album, hope the other songs are this good.

  • Thanks, I understand now. Have pre-ordered the album, hope the rest is this good too.

  • decent. good sound

  • Nice song for the start of the new year...keep an eye on this band

  • amazing sound, top tune, right in to my veins

  • goodstuff that

  • such a easy, mellow tune to listen to... quality!!

  • Comment removed

  • so noel g is workin with the sand band

  • @robbocop1 or maybe t'other way round......

  • @TheSandBandUK because you get psuedonymous dickheads replying to comments.

  • To you sarcasm, to me wit. That is an arguement, this is turning into the monty python sketch. You stated the obvious, there was no comment to make..i couldn't stand the beatles for the most part, thus me saying (in my opinion) that this is the best band to come from Liverpool is therefore true in my opinion. Thats what a comment is. Thats why there are so many arguements started on youtue. The beatles had a great producer in their latter days, but apart from that they were just clones.

  • @scullysedge

Your rant is falling on def ears pal...Who are you arguing with and what the hell are you trying to say? Spend more time outdoors and not being so concerned with internet comments...Or do you spend most of your life on youtube and social networking sites?? Scram!

  • @fletchdies deaf ears? Why you replying then?

  • i'll wait for you to find the strength to be who you really are, not who they want you to be - fuckin brilliant lyrics

  • Infact no perhaps, the greatest band to come out of Liverpool.

  • @scullysedge

ummm The Beatles were from Liverpool...This is one of the many bands starting to create a resurrgance in Liverpool music. "By The Sea' is another band out of Liverpool that is full of promise.

  • @fletchdies Really, the Beatles were from Liverpool?

  • @scullysedge

Yea..perhaps you didnt know that and is why you made that comment or your fuckin with me...The Coral are from the Wirral, Hoylake..not exactly Liverpool but their music is what influenced The Sand Band. The Coral for my money are the best thing in the past decade.

  • @fletchdies I grew up with them all. The sand band are mostly from the wirral too. Their line up keeps changing. The coral did not influence them, Dave the singer has been playing for years and probably influenced the Coral more. But hey another petty arguement starts on youtube....swearing shows a limited vocabulary...oh and i'm from Liverpool.

  • @scullysedge

No argument had here scully. Don't get your sarcasm nor your wit...Why respond with your original reply? You spun wheels for the sake of spinning wheels. Pretty much how this reply rings, no?

  • @fletchdies You may say sarcasm is the lowest form of wit, but it is also the most effective.

  • @fletchdies I think oasis is the best thing that had happend the past decade

  • @danne9501

Oasis happened in 1993-1994..When I said I thought 'The Coral' were the best thing to happen this past decade..Im talkin bands that came about in the 2000's decade. And Oasis music in the 2000s vs. The Coral's music in the 2000s is not even a shreaking cry close. OH, IMHO.

  • @fletchdies what about kasabian

  • @danne9501 Funny you should say that because watch this space for the line up of Noels new band....

  • @fletchdies Resurrgance in the Liverpool music? There has always been thousands of Liverpool bands. The point is the record companies come and choose a few from time to time to exploit, a few 'make it', most don't and get dropped. The sand band also just happen to be the best band around at the moment(in my opinion, obviously), and maybe the cubical. The Liverpool music scene always thrives, usually just in Liverpool though.

  • Perhaps the greatest band to come out of Liverpool....

  • go on benny boy!

  • pretty good

  • Great Jay Sharrock ! !

Great The Sand Band ! !

    Cheers,

    FAULTLESS

  • Sounds like "stop smokin'" campagins.... radiophonic tho.

  • it's amazing...true beauty..:)..keep it up guys...spiros from greece!

  • psychosoul....the greatest upcoming psychedelic artist in greece:)

Love that band....sound a lot like waterboys....keep it up
