Here's some tips.

Watch his jewel. If it flashes, he's coming in for a jab. Dodge, or hit him for a star. When he goes in for uppercuts, give him a body hit to the side he's coming from for a star. When he goes back and does the 'Tiger' punch (better known as the teleport punch) just block like hell, and hit him in the head after for a 1 hit knockdown.
