And the,"little sticky thing" looked like some kind of lens protector. It's k. Well it was m first time opening the box, the lens protector was not on the lens and I didn't know what it was, and I did not know what the proper name for the "a/v" cords were

I export it from iMovie '08 with special settings, I don't l know what you use but just search on YouTube "How to export videos from iMovie in HD"
