Curious if it had the motorola hologram logo sticker on the headset (not seen it faked). In one case I reported the fake ones (though a better fake than yours) and got my money back & of course got to keep headphones.
Wowwww I just received mine from koolbluesolutions on ebay. They are definitely FAKE! You can see the cheap printing on the front, same typo that your instruction manual had, when you turn your head sideways they quit working, they cut out and the charger is lightweight. It was also very, very difficult to plug in the charger, they only came with one size for the ear buds instead of 3 like the last version, and I don't know how to verify the hologram. It's shiny but no color.

The seller insists that it is original, but I see that is exactly the same that u have from Ebay. I'll try my money back. Yeah dude, mines came down a week ago and i noticed the same things as you did, except that mines costed $44. So yeah, im re selling them and buying the real thing and hoping sound quality is better.
I have been buying and selling on ebay for over 10 yrs and I love the ebay community, lots of great sellers and buyers. U just got a bad one.
