@73vicki That is me; the teacher. Sometimes I do the combo with my students, sometimes I don't. And this isn't a competition or performance studio; it is a studio where people come to practice dance and have fun. People choose where they want to stand in class.

@ idanceforfun Sometimes you can get a better grip when you dont have socks on that way you dont slip and slide all over the place and mess up a move that was supposed to be sharp. But dancing wih socks is better for turns BUT if the floor is to slippy without your socks on put a bit of water on your feet..i know you would think that would make it even more slippy but if you use just a little tiny bit it makes your feet kinda sticky. Haa sorry im waffling on!!
