I think it's a shame that FOX will still not release Season 7 on DVD. In my opinion, Season 7 had some of the best episodes:

Bobby falling for Connie's criminal cousin, Bobby taking Home Ec, Hank cutting off Dale's finger with a saw, Peggy running a book store where Dale sold guns, and Dale and the guys exterminating the Mega Lo Mart to name a few!

Please release Season 7 FOX, as well as all the other seasons.

I did see an advertisement on Adult Swim that starting Monday they will be airing KOTH's final season, which from what I saw in the previews were all the season 13 episodes FOX already aired. As far as the unaired episodes FOX refused to air, there is still no word on whether they will air on Adult Swim or not.

In all actuality, just about every animator there is despises Family Guy. Mike Judge (creator of King of the Hill) himself told Matt Stone & Trey Parker (creators of South Park) that they were "doing God's work" by making fun of Family Guy with the episodes Cartoon Wars pt. I & II. The Simpsons animators sent them flowers. Not saying I dislike Family Guy, but I don't want a sh*tty spin off of anything replacing a great show like King of the Hill. Which, by the way, is WAY better than Family Guy.

It's such a shame a great show like King of the Hill gets cancelled. It never really has hit a home run in the UK where I live, but KOTH was an accurate portrayal of family life in Texas, and the show manages to be smart, funny and observational, whilst still having realistic tones to it. Whilst I still think The Simpsons and Family Guy are very enjoyable, and both shows have some meaningful statements on American society, KOTH isn't scared to be real. I'll miss you, Hank. :(
