I'm Happy was on Terra's 2005 download only album, 8-Track so the song must have been written before that (and it's a very different interpretation). I think I saw a vlog from Terra that this isn't a relationship break-up song as such (and she's written a few of those) but something to do with a house share that went horribly wrong.

This song is definitely one of my favourites - it describes perfectly how I feel towards my ex. We split up a few months ago but he still resents the fact that I'm with someone else, and so much happier for it.

This is a great version. It's interesting how the change in the music and way of singing can completely change the attitude of the song. The rock version on the album seems a little more angry in the "so what, our relationship was crap and I've moved on, deal with it" kind of way and in comparison this is much more "I've moved on, I'm sorry, but I'm happy now" in a much more apologetic way. I like it.
