well i broke my wrist a year ago so it clicks like crazy doing this lol but i want to be able to use my shakeweight with no pain from my wrist so i gotta do it
I don't really understand how to do this one... I can do regular wrist curls just fine, they're easy to do WELL, but the movement for the reverse wrist curls just feels really awkward =/
is there a difference between the normal wrist curl and the reverse? i have this protruding cartilage on my right wrist and it hurts when I perform the normal wrist curls. Do they workout the same muscles? also, i think reverse is harder than the normal one. like if you agree.
@JrWaffl3es What you strengthen via weightlifting is muscles, tendons and ligaments. Muscles are what you control via your mind by contraction, tendons connect muscle to bone and ligaments connect bone to bone. You're wrist is a joint, and therefore there are no muscles there. Technically if you strengthen only your forearm muscle, you are not strengthening your wrist. However, since you are strengthening via weightlifting, you are strengthening the ligaments, which will strengthen your wrists.

She did actually mention about 10-15 with a light weight. I'd half the weight you use for biceps curls.

I felt the burn in my arm. This is a hard excercise. More difficult than it appears.
