I enjoy fireworks as much as the next fellow, but there are more sane ways to do this. On July 4th, I setup my 6" mortar and had every kid in the neighborhood giggling when I launched a variety of fuit and vegetables 50 feet in the air. Done properly and with some concern for safety, its a lot of fun. But that guy deserves the hearing loss he will get doing that.
