@fcarabat what are you a masochist or something? Make a juice that tastes good! You can't go wrong with carrots apples celery spinach, a tiny bit of ginger and some parsley and cilantro. I can't drink the heavy juice like kale... well I can but I don't enjoy it.
@anarchore looks like I may be!! the juices are getting better, my first juice was a LOT of Kale, carrots, apples, chard, beets, spinach, broccoli, and some other green veggies... let's just say i wasn't feeling all that great, but did notice a spike in energy though!! (after my carnist tummy chilled out)
