Okay seriously now...:o)... That's the custom machete that's available as a free DLC. All you have to do is create an online account in multiplayer mode. I have a video on how to do it. Go to my channel, click on Uploads and do a search for "machete".

For me, this game is kind of spooky. Especially during midnight. First off, you can't see that well. The patrol trucks that pass by. Then the creepy jungle noises..
