wow, I had this, I played it a lot and I completely forgot about it. Back in the day I came home drunk and my lil cousin was over and he really liked the saturn, so I GAVE IT TO HIM! I've been regretting it for well over 10 years now.

I'm really happy this has about 47K views, but it's unfortunate Dave isn't any good at the game, because the people watching don't get to see any of the really cool moves/combos this game has to offer. Instead, it ends up looking kinda shallow. No cool wall moves being shown, throws, counters, etc. Oh well hopefully more people will get to play this game

I've still got my (Pal) copy of Fighters Megamix, and it's awesome. CGR should definintely review it, you can even be the Daytona car and fight other people! There was a sequel to Fighting Vipers on the Dreamcast, I hope he reviews that one too....

more sequels, you say? well, please check out Fighting Vipers 2 on the Dreamcast. only released in Japan and Europe but if you have a way to play imports on your DC like a boot disk then check it out. i own it, it has more content, and its pretty affordable for an import. great stuff...and yes, check out Megamix as well like kreeddem mentioned :D

What I liked about this game over Virtua Fighter was that this game was a lot faster and seemed better on the beating out of the ring thing. Sega had some great fighters back then. playstation owners really missed out on some good games.

@welshfinn1 There's a fighting vipers 2 it's a Dreamcast game. But in my opinion Fighters Megamix is far superior to VF2 and FV, only because it's got the whole roster for both games, and more! You can also pick which engine you would want to use.

This was one of my favorite games on Saturn. I loved that you could break opponents' armor and beating people with guitars, c'mon! Sadly the Dreamcast sequel never made it to the US. I think because, by that point, we were over hair metal and rollerblades.
