I spent my entire childhood thinking that the lion Hercules beat up was Scar. I just found out for the very first time that it wasn't Scar. I'm so sad, because I thought that Disney was emphasizing that Scar is a huge loser. Both in Lion King and Hercules.

Disney always has a good reason to change the story, and I'm sure there's a perfectly good one for this movie. But really, it doesn't matter. I just think that this is funny because the only reason Hercules did those things is to repay for murdering his family! Than again this is a Disney (I think) movie so what can you expect. He used these to kill another beast, but I forget which one off the top of my head. I believe it was the Stymphalian birds though, as I know he used his bow to kill them.
