The missiles dont work, the Kavari engine doesnt fly, the Arjun tank doesnt run, and the Tejas has been in development for the past thirty yearsthe longest design cycle for any machine in the history of the world.

This cryogenic engine is prone to failure. ISRO needs to carry out a thorough FMEA and identify the primary modes of failure of this engine. A failure which cannot be predicted cannot be prevented. ISRO needs to change track.
Next time for sure they will launch the GSLV-D3 succesfully..But this time they better analyse the reason for failure without leaving any loopholes.I am sure with the same dedication and a bit more effort by stringently following test plans (more test plan repetetion required) ISRO will succeed.
