The problem with the supposed NORMAL testosterone levels is that the ranges out there are from ALL ages of men. For example, a 30 year old will be in the supposed "normal" range (250-850) if he's at 300. The bottom line is that a T level of 300 is FAR from "normal" for a healthy 30 year old man. You have to find a Doctor that truely understands how this works. If you're 30 yrs old you should be closer to 700-800 NOT 300 which is the level of an unhealthy 65-75 yr old man.
my doctor says i need this testosterone...i am concerned, how does this affect sexual libido and sexual function. muscle growth any better? what about energy? please help me with this. thank you.
Testosterone affects MANY things to include: Muschel growth and repair, feelings of well-being, energy, motivation, sex drive and so on.
This is why I feel so bad for animals that get "castrated". Most people think Testosterone is just a hormone that makes males horny / aggressive but that's FAR from the truth. Testosterone is extremely important for a males overall health / well-being.
