and dr ko feels gulity that he didn't stay long with qing when she was alive

he pretends being derek for being with sam as sam is going to die soon

and meanwhile, dr ko keeps on calling and asking derek to be back from japan since sam misses him a lot and wants him back actually

ok Andy Lau is playing 2 roles He's play Dr.Ko and Derek right now Dr.Ko's wife died and her heart has been transplant to the lady and Dr.Ko knows Derek isnt here and the girl is sad so Dr.Ko is PRETENDING to be Derek to make the girl happy when u the guy in the window THATS Derek he came back..the one inside is Dr.Ko she found out that the guy who was there for her isnt Derek it was Dr.Ko being Derek
