  • You say that there are transcripts available for download on your site, but I was not able to find them, could you help me? ... thanks. You are one of my favourites, with Doug McKenzie, Dave Frank and Roger Friedman...

  • @giambamt My website went down. I'm still looking for the things I had posted. Send me a p.m. with your email address.

  • Dude, HOW THE HELL do you make such nice chords? Got any advice for an intermediate person, cause i'm still using regular 4 note chords.

  • I love this. Thank you for showing us how, but I sure hope you put it up on your web site because I'm not good enough to work on it without something written down. Thanks.

  • Interesting and useful tutorial. Thanks for posting!

  • First that I see this video and I love it

Very Practical approach, very experienced and knowledge of the style of music plus trying to modernize at the same time

    I'm HOOKED

  • I really appreciate this. You have no idea how much I love this song. Can't wait to learn it. Thanks!

  • 1:00 to 1:10 seems same progression as Tune-Up Miles Davis, have been working on it myself from the Mark Levine book :)

  • YOU ARE THE BOMB: GOD BLESS YOU, MAN.

  • @tonykellylushen Thanks!

  • thanks...appreciate that..

  • what is the key signature?

  • @Baybeelugz Cmajor

  • Thanks you are a legend !

  • words dont even describe the caliber musician you are, sir..... absolutely spectacular.. gorgeous.. very very rich, textured, intense music, it's so perfect. all the chords and your unique voicings are so expressive and organic, it blows me away every time i see you play this stuff. this style of jazz piano is beauty in its most refined and natural form... nothing beats it

  • @SpagsJippy Thanks a million for such a great compliment.

  • Great work! Very helpful. I really appreciate you taking the time to share.

Not enough jazz books cover how to transition from one voicing to another. From watching your vids, I'm starting to see how that works.

  • Double thanks!

  • A very intelligent approach ... Thank you for sharing! You the man = )

  • Hi, you are my youtube pianist IDOL. PURA CALIDAD!

  • @hectorydoris haha! Thx!

  • OUTSTANDING video. Very informative.

I like the look of the "streaming" notation while you talk. That made it all very easy to understand.

  • @GutpileCharlie Charlie's right. The Notation + the blue (played key visual) + 7notemode are AWESOME. I Just Killed My Television SET! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

  • By far best piano tut's on Youtube IMO.

  • @MrNightlezz Not an opinion really, more of a fact.

  • @MrNightlezz When I have gone to master classes in the past, my goal is to come away with one useful idea. I ramble a bit, but I submit these tutorials with the same intent. See if there is something that is fits in and works with what you're already doing. Thanks! I'm glad you liked it.

  • Thank you 7NM, this was very educational. Thanks for sharing your gift.

  • Great work buddy!!
