If so how do they commit more crimes? A resident of New Zealand with a citizenship is a New Zealander. Many Asians are born New Zealanders, lived in New Zealand for many years or have many generations behind them.

As an ex-high school teacher in New Zealand I have experienced firsthand some of the poison racial attitudes that exist in our country.
What are parents teaching or perhaps more importantly, not teaching these youths that become violent thugs and killers?
