It plays in the Battle of Hei Fei, and is meant to reflect Gan Ning's style (he performed very well at the battle in Romance of the Three Kingdoms, although I agree with Dynasty Warriors 5's choice to base the song on Zhang Liao).

the name = interceptor, therefore it makes me think this song plays during a scenario, of when a critical battle is happenning, the good is trying to go into an evil base or something, whilst the bad guys send their partial armoy after them, and "Interceptor" comes in and intercepts them and fights, and by the tone of the song, the "intercepter" is a jokester type, tricky warrior, and from 1:26 it shows his elegance in battle, :D

Probably; actually, in the first games, I think, there were no accurate deaths, so Sun Jian was the one instead of Sun Quan, but historically, it was Sun Quan, I think. But in the fifth game, Sun Jian was dead many years before battle of He Fei.

Shu fought to restore the Han dynasty. When Cao Cao gained superior powers as a prime minister, Zhuge Liang saw that the only way to restore the Han dynasty is to replace it with a new one led by Liu Bei.

Wei fought to gain power over the country through the chaos and corrupt government.

Wu started out securing Jiang Dong for themselves. Wu defended themselves from Wei at He Fei, Chi Bi, etc... They attacked Jing province waaaay back when Cao Ren held that position. Shu stole it from them so they took it back by killing Guan Yu. Basically they're not annoying pests or anything, just another force that held neutrality throughout almost all of the novel.

You know that Wu attacked He Fei in both instances? And from the very beginning that Sun Ce took Wu province, he had intended on conquering more land? His nickname was "Little Conquerer" for christ sake.

Also, Guan Yu was attacking Fan Castle, and slaughtered the majority of the battalions in the region guarding it. Wu attacked at the behest of Wei attacked Guan Yu's forces and were to be given the lands he had previously guarded.
