I saw something that looked like one of those UFOs in Maryland. I was going for a walk with my family at night and as usual I liked to look up at the sky for anything interesting. That time however I saw a light like the one on this video gliding over the area, it was flying rather low but I could not make out the shape of the thing due to the light. A week later I saw the same thing in the sky, except it was in the day and instead of it gliding out of my vision it simply vanished before my eyes

I saw such thing in the sky from my window and thought that it was an ufo too, but then i took a binoculars and understand what it was.

I have :) In Mojave in 1998 I released a similar test. I'm not saying 100% that's what THIS is, but it looks the same. The speed slows down the higher the balloons go. And depending on the winds, the balloons could gracefully and slowly assume "formations".

The sphere look is easy to explain: Focus. The camera cannot focus on these points of light and thus they appear as a sphere.

The lights are beautiful and constant, but so is a flare.
